Through 3rd party vendors, WHW offers blood, urine and stool testing to determine how one's internal environment has responded to their external environment. Based upon our findings, we will offer nutritional advise and guidance on exercise and stretching to optimize your health. Oftentimes, we have mental or physical fatigue, headaches, vertigo, changes in color to our eyes, finger nails or consistency of tongue. These findings are clues as to how our body is reacting to something. We design a plan to determine what that may be and how to normalize the body's self healing capabilities.
