Michael S. Williams


Michael Steven Williams II, an honorable United States Navy veteran, who thrives as a motivational speaker (titled as a “Nutritional Engineer”), and is passionate about health and life, established his business Michael S. Williams on May, 1 2012.

He has a goal to help heal (spiritual, mental, and physical diseases) and teach others how to live “Heaven on Earth” in all three areas of life (spiritual, mental, and physical). By establishing the B-berry program, he is able to feed people spiritual nourishment (hope and faith), mental nourishment (information and knowledge), and physical nourishment (health and wellness workshops) as an instructor/consultant.

When educated on nutrition, we tend to make more logical choices on the foods we put in our mouth. Upon making better food decisions, our bodies reward us with increased energy, improved clarity, more vitality, less disease and dysfunction.

NUTRITION

The initial step in the design of a proper health plan, is cleansing the body of toxins, and providing it with clean, healthy nourishment.

PERSONALIZED NUTRITIONAL TESTING

Biochemical individuality means that we are all different. Something healthy for one may not be for another. We test to determine what you should not eat.

HEALTH EDUCATION

We spent hundreds of hours continuing our education, so you don't have to. We give healthy pearls of wisdom to heal yourself from the inside out.

LIFESTYLE COACHING

In today's society, we do not have time to practice or even remember everything. We act as coaches to help keep you focused and determined.

EXERCISE

Exercise is important for heart and musculoskeletal health. A good diet leads to healthy tissues and cells. All of our systems work together.
